Payment Policy

  • Payment is due checkout.
  • Stockton Farm is NOT responsible for unauthorized use of payment methods. If you feel your payment method was used in a transaction at Stockton Farm, please contact the payment issuer immediately.
  • Stockton Farm does NOT have access to or visibility into customer payment information. CC info is managed by a 3rd party.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Stockton Farm. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  • All orders are processed within 0-3 business days, does not include US Holidays. If there are significant delays, you will be contacted via email.
  • A Pre-Order item is not currently in stock and can take from a couple of days to 2 week to process. We will do everything in our power to ship your item as quickly as possible. We do not split shipment for Pre-Orders. Your entire order will be shipped when Pre-Order items are in stock.
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays and not delivered on Sundays or Holidays.
  • Transit delivery is based on the Carrier's (USPS / UPS) delivery estimates. Stockton Farm does not assume responsibility for transit delivery delays. If transit delays occur, please contact the carrier.
  • Shipping charges for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping rates are based on the Carrier's (USPS / UPS) estimate. Stockton Farm will try to get you the best rate possible.
  • Free shipping applies to all qualifying products. DYI Paint does not allow retailers to discount and/or offer free shipping. It is best to separate DIY Paint orders for the best possible shipping rate. 
  • Shipping address is the shipping address you provide during check out. Stockton Farm DOES NOT edit shipping addresses and does not assume responsibility for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect address or error on the consumers part, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on a returned item, you will receive a refund minus any shipping costs in-cured.
  • Stockton Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen mail after delivery. Please work with the carrier.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Stockton Farm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Stockton Farm will issue a refund or replace orders lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact customercare@stocktonfarm.com.
  • If you feel your order has been lost, please contact customercare@stocktonfarm.com. We will do what we can to recover your order and will only issue a refund on lost orders 30 days (US) 40 day (International) after ship date.
